Detecting the color of paper coating

In papermaking, a distinction is made between regular paper for printers and photocopiers, and photographic paper. The task is to detect the special coating of the photographic paper.
In the paper industry, paper rolls are inserted into a machine subsequently for coating the paper surface. After that, the paper roll is trimmed to the fitting dimension within the machine. Our color sensor handles this application reliably and securely during the ongoing process. If the coating breaks off, the color sensor will reliably detect this.
