Complaint
- Please report any complaint to our customer service. Please do not send any defect / faulty device back to us without being asked for.
- If you are asked by our customer service to return any device, we need the fully completed RMA form including the signed declaration of decontamination. You will find the PDF document on the bottom right of this page.
- Enclose the RMA form with the goods and send it freight prepaid and well packed to the address given on the RMA form.
- After having received your return, the products will be checked and you will be informed hereon separately.
Return shipping
- For the internal processing of your return shipping, we would ask you to complete our RMA-form as well as to sign the included declaration of decontamination.
Please find the RMA-form below.
- Enclose the RMA in the return shipping and send it freight prepaid and well packed to the address given in the RMA.
- After receiving your return, the products will be checked and refunded.
